He has previously worked as a SDR at Innovation Support, where he worked with many different companies in various industries. Andreas also had responsibilities as both Team Leader and Quality Manager.
Andreas has studied Economics & Administration at NMBU – Norwegian University of Life Sciences.
Caroline Becker Haaland is pursuing a Master’s degree in Organization, Leadership, and Work at the University of Oslo. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive Psychology from the same university and has also studied law for several years there. Caroline has extensive experience in the service industry and has held store manager responsibilities in a toy retail chain. In addition, she has worked as a research assistant on several research projects affiliated with the University of Oslo. She is actively involved in the student community, serving as the social coordinator for the Program Committee for Master’s students in Organization, Leadership, and Work.
Edda is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology at BI Norwegian Business School. She previously earned a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Psychology from the University of Edinburgh in Scotland. Edda has prior work experience in healthcare and childcare, and most recently worked as a receptionist at a consulting engineering firm.
Maria holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from BI Norwegian Business School, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Business with a specialization in Leadership and Change at the same institution. She has previous work experience in the financial industry and is actively involved in the student community as a program representative for the Business and Economics Association at BI.
Sofie holds a Master’s degree in Health Economics, Policy, and Management. Previously, she completed a bachelor’s degree in European Public Health from Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Sofie has experience in various roles within the service industry, most recently as a customer consultant for a financing company. Additionally, through her studies, she has had the opportunity to work on industrial policy for a Norwegian industry association.
Ida leads BackerSkeie’s digital marketing, with responsibility for strengthening the company’s visibility, positioning, and communication in the market. This includes the development and management of the website, the production and distribution of newsletters, as well as strategic and operational work across social media channels.
She works with content development, campaigns, and brand building, ensuring that BackerSkeie’s communication is clear, relevant, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Ida holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. She also has a bachelor’s degree in International Management from BI, which included a year abroad at ESADE in Barcelona.
Inger is responsible for payroll, accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation and control, as well as invoicing and following up on suppliers, customers, and public authorities.
Inger has an education in organization and management and extensive experience in administration, service, and sales.
