Amanda has a central role in coordinating meetings and following up on customers, candidates, and visitors at BackerSkeie. She is involved in several of the company’s recruitment processes and is also working with digital marketing.
Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in media and communication and Chinese language from the University of Bergen. She has experience in the restaurant and service sectors and has worked in a Norwegian entrepreneurial company alongside her education. Amanda has also been promoting Norwegian business and politics at the Expo Dubai 2020.
Inger has a key administrative role in the recruitment process, and acts as project coordinator and organizer. She further assists with tender processes and job advertising as well as managing candidate applications. Inger acts as an important point of contact among our candidates and clients.
Inger has studied business administration, and has extensive experience from administrative tasks, customer service, and sales.

Bråthen has experience from leading administrations and managing finances from politics and organizations. He was chief of staff in one of Norway’s largest youth parties.
Bråthen received an MBA at OsloMet Business School and a bachelor in auditing and accounting from OsloMet Business School. He’s also finished a one-year program in municipal economy and management.
