Eirik Sigmundstad Heggen is a researcher at BackerSkeie, assisting clients across sectors and functions.

Eirik has experience from several industries, including IT, retail, manufacturing, and real estate. He supports clients with both executive and board recruitments in the private and public sectors.

Previously, Eirik worked in sales and mental health services. He holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in leadership and organizational psychology from BI Norwegian Business School.
