Before joining BackerSkeie, Alexander was an HR Executive Vice President at a large Norwegian bank. He has been a member of management at a renowned consulting firm and has held managerial positions in the mechanical and life sciences industries. All in all, he has more than 20 years of experience managing people and projects, and extensive international experience from working in 16 countries.

Alexander holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
