Anne has previously worked with Executive Search in a Nordic search company, been responsible for recruitment in one of the leading recruitment companies within finance and economics and has been HR manager in an international consulting engineering company.

Anne received her Master of Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) with an intermediate degree in psychology from the University of Oslo.
