The global engineering manager will be responsible for all engineering activities associated with the development of the Z-System and to deliver such as per agreed upon plan. 

This includes administration and organization of engineering resources globally, resource planning and recruitment, partner identification and development as well as day to day follow up and priority verification.

• Deliver Z-System technology as per plan.
• Work closely with Ziebel’s board and senior management ensuring alignment on strategies and effective use of resources internally as well as externally.
• Manage, develop, monitor and analyze project cost estimates, expenditures, forecasts and schedules according to project plans.
• Liaison closely with operation and assist them in process and product optimization.
• Drive the efficiency in the three core areas of development:
• Z-Rod development
• Downhole Systems
• Surface Systems
• Fiber Systems
• Develop and support an Application Engineering function in support of Sale and Operation.
• Identify external partners and effectively integrate them into Ziebel’s engineering development as appropriate.
