As Quality Manager you will be responsible for all quality aspects related to engineering, product development and fabrication, and a department of about 50 employees. The aim is to further develop the quality function, and change the culture from one of inspection and appraisals to a proactive culture of planning and prevention.
|

Experience:
|
|
|
|
We are looking for a strong manager with extensive experience from quality work in a technology business. Ideally you have worked with change processes, and continuous improvement efforts. Experience with lean, six sigma or similar techniques an advantage.
|
|
|
|
Education:
|
|
|
|
Higher technical education.
|
|
|
|
Skills:
|
|
|
|
